Summons in Your Future?

.....If you believe that you will receive a summons, a subpoena, or a subpoena duces tecum, you will have questions about what it means and what you would face as a defendant or witness. Would there be a defense to the charge? What would be the extent of your responsibility? Would testifying or producing documents result in you facing criminal charges or a lawsuit? Would there be a privilege from testifying or producting evidence? You need to know the answers to your questions.

If you think a summons may come, what can counsel do for you?
